    12012 - Triathlon Seminar

Find Your Way to Your Personal Best at the Greenfield Triathlon and Beyond

Seminar and Presentation by Hank Lange, Endurance Coach and Multisport Athlete

The most critical factor in performing well is the story we tell ourselves. Sure, we need to do some training for fitness and practice our swim, bike and run skills, but what really predicts our progress and performance is usually embedded in our sense of ourselves, our view of the world, and the narrative we author as we tell ourselves mostly the same story day after day. It’s more about how we train the brain than how we push the body through our daily regimen.

Join us for this interactive presentation designed to help you find your way to your personal best at the Greenfield Triathlon. It all starts with Who Are You? and What’s Your Story? From there, we’ll facilitate the training that can get you to the start line in good shape and to the finish line feeling good about what you’ve accomplished. We will discuss course specific tactics and share strategies to stay flowing and keep going through every stage of the Greenfield Tri and beyond.

    Don’t miss this wonderful opportunity!
